EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - £42,900

motiroti - REQUIRE an Executive Producer who has overall responsibility for supporting the Company’s artistic programme.

This by providing strategic vision and organisational and managerial leadership to the Company. S/he works closely with the Artistic Director and reports to the Board of Directors.

The Executive Producer is responsible for:

1. working with the Artistic Director and Board in the development of strategy for the organisation, for ensuring the efficient implementation of this, as well as the efficient management of the Company’s objectives

2.maximising the value for the Company’s objectives through entrepreneurial activity, such as collaboration and co-production agreements

leading the development/fundraising function, ensuring that effective fundraising strategies are devised and implemented and relevant relationships developed and maintained
